I'm happy to announce the 2008-2009 IAI Board of Advisors:

These are all top folks; we are thrilled to have them on board! We welcome
them, and look forward to working with them in the next months to help make
the Institute an ever more effective organization.
 
In case you¹re wondering, the advisory board strengthens the Institute by
helping the board of directors think through and plan its work. Among other
things, advisors give us the opportunity to sound out our initiatives
against various highly informed perspectives. (You¹ll notice we sought out
leaders who are active in various geographic locations and professional
situations to advise us.)

If you have any questions or comments about the Board of Advisors, or about
any other matter regarding the Institute's activities, please feel free to
email me or any of the members of the board of directors. (By the way, we
always welcome your advice, even if you're not one of the folks on the list
above. :) ... please drop us a line if you have ideas on how we can improve
